On April 15, Professor Wang Anli from Beijing Sport University visited Conference Room 423B in the Foreign Trade Building of the School of Physical Education and delivered an academic report entitled Strength Training and Injury Prevention for teachers and students. The lecture was presided over by Professor Zhao Guanggao, Vice Dean of the School of Physical Education, and more than 40 teacher and student representatives attended and studied.

At the beginning of the session, Professor Zhao Guanggao briefly introduced Professor Wang Anli’s academic background and research achievements, and extended a warm welcome and sincere gratitude to Professor Wang on behalf of the school. During the lecture, Professor Wang shared in-depth insights on core topics including the scientific application of eccentric strength and effective intervention in aerobic training. Drawing on rich practical cases and cutting-edge academic theories, he explained in a simple yet profound way how scientific strength training models can effectively prevent sports injuries.

The lecture was both insightful and practical. Professor Wang’s professional and rigorous explanations, together with vivid and detailed cases, deeply inspired the teachers and students present and drew continuous applause. This lecture not only provided valuable practical guidance for the school’s teachers and students in scientific training and injury prevention and broadened their academic horizons, but also helped integrate the concept of "scientific fitness and national sports" into future physical education teaching and research.
